Involve Kent work alongside Maidstone Borough Council and Hospitals in and around Maidstone to provide a Helping You Home Service to assist with works such as those mentioned below.

Criteria: Patient must live within the Maidstone Borough

We offer a range of services including, but not exclusive to:

- Changing locks

- Key Safes

- Installing light bulbs

- Moving Furniture

- Prevent slips, trips and falls

- Smoke Alarms

- Stair rail

- Home Safety Check

- Installing Life Lines (lifeline24) Lifeline install subject to meeting certain criteria.

We do not offer grab rails as these are completed by Hospital Technician Service. We can install on behalf of hospital technician service if it is discharge dependent if equipment and recommendations are provided. Alternatively a referral is completed to West Kent ARMS (Social Services) and patient is followed up in the community.
