Wilder Wellbeing at Maidstone

Kent Wildlife Trust

Join us to explore the six ways to wellbeing, within our natural environment! There is a lot of evidence showing that spending time outdoors can help with our mental and physical health.

Kent Wildlife Trust Wilder Wellbeing is open to those who are over the age of 55 or under 55 with a long-term health condition (living in Maidstone). Wilder Wellbeing will deliver 6-week programmes with an expectation that participants commit to all sessions.

There will also be an optional mindful walk where participants will learn to take notice of the wildlife around us and take part in some simple relaxation techniques.

Please note, you must have a completed a referral form to join the programme.

Each participant is able to join 1x 6-week programme (which will run once a week for 6 weeks) and 1x mindful walk (optional).

If you are interested in joining future Wilder Wellbeing programmes, please contact us for more details
