This postnatal yoga session will gently guide you back through rehabilitation. The instructor will incorporate a light touch of all aspects of yoga including postures, breathing and relaxation techniques in your recovery. Sessions take place on Tuesday's at 1pm. The Creche is also open at this time. Please call for queries and bookings. Cost £3 per session.
