Time to Grow is a gardening project to improve mental wellbeing for those who feel they might have experienced social isolation (Malling area). The programme provides voluntary work time at our safe rural site and a supportive social environment. This is an eight week programme of one 3 hour session each week. Where space allows participants can join our existing group at any time within the programme.
