The Freedom Programme is a support group for women who have experienced or who are currently experiencing domestic abuse. The group is led by a trained facilitator and will consist of a small group of women. The group runs for 11 weeks and we meet once a week for approx. 1hour and a half. The group looks at the tactics used by abusive people and the impact this has on us and our ability to make decisions, also the impact it has on the children and focuses on the looking at warning signs.



Crèche spaces are available to children under 5 but must be pre-booked in advance
