Kent County Council's EMPOWERCARE Project aims to reduce social isolation in Kent by supporting those 65+ (and over 50 with a chronic health condition) to improve their digital skills and access technology. We are building a team of Digital Ambassadors across Kent to help deliver training in an easy to understand, simple way. Our ambassadors will receive training and support, to build their confidence and knowledge, to best support the older population in learning these new skills.
