We still have drivers available for medical trips, some are covering shopping but a shop & drop service, where the driver will call or collect a shopping list, do the shop and drop at door. Clients will have to pay cash. The elderly and vulnerable are top priority for this service during this time.
Involve Volunteer Transport service offers trips to Clients that not able to through age or disability access Public transport or do not have use of their own vehicle.
Each trip is costed at 45p per mile to cover the cost of the drivers fuel, with a £4 booking fee for any trip within Kent and a £10 booking fee for any trip outside of Kent.
