The Recovery Toolkit programme is aimed at those no longer living with or in a relationship with the abusive person. This programme runs for 12 weeks and we meet once a week for approx. 1 hour and half. The programme focuses on recovering from an abusive relationship. The course takes a trauma informed approach and focuses on the individual so we will no longer be talking about the abusive person. Instead we will be focusing on any issues we have had such as depression/anxiety, boundaries, anger, losses and gains, hopes for the future.
