Our Carers short breaks are a home base respite for adult Carers, allowing them to take a break from caring. Respite visits are usually weekly, but this can be flexible. Continuity of care means that the same Carer Support Worker visits each time in order to establish trust and understanding and they are able to carry out all the caring tasks that the Carer would normally do, including personal care tasks, during their visits.
Office Hours 9-5 Mon to Friday.
