Whether it is support in pregnancy, early years, transition to school, education, health and care plans or how to navigate the health and care systems; we can help you. We have trained staff available to talk through your concerns and support you to access the right services for your family.

We can help with support during pregnancy, helping to connect you with the Down’s syndrome community for peer support, help accessing services and signposting opportunities, support with the learning profile of a child with Down’s syndrome, support for inclusion of a child with Down’s syndrome, education, Health and Care Plan support and help understanding health, care and education systems.
